New features & functions now available in illion Decisioning:
- Our JIRA service desk portal is proving very successful. Any issues that you may have can be raised directly into our investigation queue. Visit https://servicedesk.illion.com.au to log a request.
- Documentation: Significant time and investment is being made on our product and system documentation. Official user guides and other documentation are all available to our customers. Please click here to obtain the latest versions.
- In line with our brand value ‘We are Safe Keepers of Data’, we have focused on enhancing our level of security for the platform, adding more security between queries and better encryption between applications. These proactive changes ensure that illion Decisioning remains secure on a variety of different infrastructure configurations, while streamlining back-end methods that will allow our development teams to interact with its components more efficiently.
- To ensure we maintain this security focus, we have run a number of independent Pen test and code reviews to test out our improved functionality, and we are committed to continue testing and implementing security upgrades on a regular basis. An example of furthering our security awareness is the introduction of the ability to lock down access to illion Decisioning using IP Address.
- In an effort to continuously improve performance we have increased our server capacity and the number of core web servers for our managed production environment.
- Proviso Integration: We have enhanced our integration with Proviso to include their iFrame and Centrelink functionality.
- We have implemented the new illion CBCX schema allowing our customers access to the next generation of consumer data consumption. This schema handles the new Comprehensive Reporting products and data.
- We have expanded the data sets that we store extensively to include all comprehensive consumer data fields both negative and positive, as well as insurance / policy details and other related party information.
- We have continued to expand on our asset based finance functionality including asset maintenance tables, motor vehicle control updates and Redbook Offline integrations.
- We have introduced the ability to download all files stored against an application in a single process as one zip file, making it simpler to access all the data associated with an application.
Looking ahead 12 months, we will be:
- Adding CBCX database storage capability, coupled with the ability to visualise the data within the workflow, to ensure that illion Decisioning is the market leader in the utilisation of Comprehensive Reporting data within credit decisioning.
- Proviso product and functionality will be available within your illion Decisioning solution, ensuring that you get the most out of the consumer data available to you as part of Open Banking.
- Enhanced ‘What If’ functionality. The illion Decisioning ‘What If’ tool, used to test changes in a flow, will be enhanced to match the look and feel of version 5, together with some additional functionality.
- Technical Documentation and Guides will continue to be added to and maintained on our documentation page, to ensure that you will always have the latest information available.
- Adding support for multi-factor authentication, providing more security options for your system and your content.
- We understand that certain markets require specific solutions, and to that end we are working on base versions of illion Decisioning built specifically for individual market segments.
- Looking at ways to incorporate A.I and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into the illion Decisioning ecosystem, creating greater efficiencies, and smarter systems that are flexible enough to change as your processes change.
