As part of delivering continual investment in the products and services you use, we updated our illion CR Portal product for all customers on our managed platform on June 10. This release brings an updated user experience, together with more robust technology and security.
What is in CR Portal version 5.2.0?
- A more modern user experience
- CR Portal now runs on the same underlying architecture as our flagship Decisioning product, allowing us to deliver updates to both products more quickly
- CR Portal users now have access to our online support service desk through JIRA – https://servicedesk.illion.com.au
- CR Portal users now have access to this customer portal providing access to CR Portal documentation and important updates
- Security updates and bugfixes
What has not changed?
- How you provide your comprehensive data files
- The processing engine and credit data standards
- CR Portal login credentials
